Cheese Sauce

2cans Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2cup Milk or 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
1tspn Onion Powder
1tspn Garlic Powder
1/2 tblsn Butter
In a medium microwave bowl melt butter (10 seconds) mix onion and garlic powder to combine add milk or cream and one can of cheddar cheese soup, combine with Wisk. When combined add second can of cheddar cheese soup and combine. Serve hot or cold over nachos, with chicken rice and many other meals.
For an extra kick add 1 red pepper finely chopped, 1 jualonpina (seeded and cleaned) finely chopped to butter and heat 25 seconds on high instead of 10. combine other ingredients as described above.
