CJ's Real Italian Spaghetti Sauce

1 - 29 oz can tomato sauce
2 - 6 oz cans tomato paste
4 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp sugar
3 tsp grated parmesan or romano cheese
1 - 29 oz water
1 to 2 pounds ground beef/chuck/round
1 pound Italian Hot or Sweet Sausage (ground or links cut into pieces)
6-8 oz pepperoni stick (cut in small, bite-size pieces)

In large pot add tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic, Italian seasoning, sugar, and water, heat on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.

Take 1/2 of the ground beef and make into meatballs and add to sauce.
Brown the remaining ground beef, sausage, and pepperoni - drain and add to sauce.
Sprinkle grated parmesan or romano cheese on top of sauce. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

**I usually get 2 meals from this recipe. I freeze the remaining sauce for another meal/another day-or servngs 8-10.
